Warming your Head

This weeks Friday inspiration is all about warming your head.
I've made loads of hats recently using Woolly Wormhead patterns. I can't recommend them enough! The Meret, which was the mystery knit-a-long hat at the end of last year, is a particular favourite. It's a really quick knit, I've made 2 so far!

I also really like Tamya and Traversa

There are loads of great hat patterns out there at the moment. Esme from the Inside Loop looks like it would be a really fast knit, and lovely and warm too. I have a thing about berets this winter, Porom by Jared Flood and Fern Glade from the winter Knitty have both crept into my Ravelry queue.

My colourwork obsession continues with Selbu Modern, Kate Gilbert's Syncopated Caps, this Snowflake Tam and a recent addition to the queue a Fair Isle Beret from Popknits.

So, onto this weeks questions:

What is your favourite style of hat?

Do you have a favourite yarn for making hats with?

What hat patterns are in your queue at the moment?

Do you have a favourite handmade hat that you (or someone else) has made?
