Matches are out!

Delle and I have finished sending out the matches for the UK Swap. If you haven't got your match, please check your spam folders (as it seems some of our emails have ended up there). If you still can't find the email then please email us at ukswap@googlemail.com or PM us on Ravelry.

Remember, you must contact your pal by the 20th June and your identity is meant to be a secret - so be sure to use your anonymous email address. If you want to double check that your anonymous email address doesn't display your name then feel free to email us at ukswap@googlemail.com

Reminder: Keep in Contact with your Downstream Pal!

Hey Everyone -- This is a strong reminder to make sure that you contact your Downstream Pal (who you are spoiling) at least once a week!

Think about it as a two-way thing - you want to hear from who is spoiling you, so keep the courtesy and contact whoever you're spoiling! This can be ecards, anonymous emails, or anonymous blog comments.

This is just to double-check that everyone has made contact and has had contact in both directions? This means that you have anonymously contacted YOUR pal, and someone (mysterious) has randomly contacted YOU.

Matches are Going Out

Hey Everyone - Monica here! I've finished sending out my half, and Vikki has started (if not finished) her half too! If you have any problems during the swap, please contact whoever you received your match email from. They will be the authority for any issues you have.

Remember to make contact with your match and let them know you're lurking... but don't let them know who you are. You could send them a Knitting E-card, make an anonymous blog post, send an anonymous email, or send a free E-card! Deadline for making this contact is Friday February 8th!!

Please contact your pal as soon as possible. They're just as excited as you are to get going. Remember to be anonymous - leave an anonymous blog comment, email them from your secret email, or send an ecard (there are some cute links at the bottom of the sidebar for knitting ecards).
